Girl Talk: Shojo Manga Life Lessons!

Konichiwa, reader-sans!  Turtle-chan is back and ready to make her first real post!  Yosh!
Alrighty, well, I find myself watching and reading a fair amount of shojo manga and anime because I love the stories and the art style, but lately I've started realizing some things about shojo that I've never really thought of before.
Last night, I just finished watching La Corda d'Oro Primo Passo which is this lovely little anime about a girl named Kahoko Hino (or Hino Kahoko) who gets involved in the music school's musical competition following various strange and mildly comedic events.  Anyway, Kahoko is a competitor along with a girl younger than her majoring in clarinet, a boy younger than her majoring in cello, a guy her age majoring in violin, and two guys older than her who are majoring in trumpet and flute respectively.  Later on, another guy her age joins in on piano.  Kaho herself plays violin.  Yes, it's a reverse harem again...  I can't help but like them, okay...  Anyway, as all reverse harems require, all of the guys fall for Kaho in the end and in the special episode after the finale, all of the guys end up serenading her.  How cute and corny is that?!?  (>-<) Seriously, that is just one of the many examples of how guys could learn so much from reading shojo manga when trying to figure out how to make a girl happy!  Boys out there, I'm telling you as a girl myself: if you want to know what girls like, you usually can't go wrong with shojo! (^_^)  Of course, there's the whole issue of ecchi and other more sexually related themes, but I guess if that's what you're into then that could probably be useful information too...
As it is, the few people I talk to in real life don't know this, but I'm a romantic through and through, but too shy to ever say or do anything about it in an actual relationship.  I'm basically a tsubaki (camellia flower) actually; a flower without a fragrance.  I worry about upsetting the other person and I don't voice my complaints which ends up being what destroys the relationship (aside from my horrible taste in guys, that is!).  So, to anyone looking for relationship advice, fights can be a good thing as long as you're able to step back after you've cooled off a bit and make up afterward.
Now, off of my soapbox, I guess I'll throw out a list of shojo anime and manga that I've read and divide it by category.  If anyone wants to know a little about the plot of any that I list, feel free to ask!  Also, if anyone has any suggestions to add to the list, feel free to throw those out there as well!  By the way, out of all of these, I think there are only about six reverse harems.  Sayonara!
